  : The young lady who checked us in was friendly. First appearance of lobby was good, appeared clean and decor was nice. They offered breakfast. Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable. Liked the location just off I 64 on the exit. Price seemed reasonable when I booked.
  : It took a little longer to check in than I anticipated. I booked with my Debit Card, but wanted the room charge put on a credit card. I gave my credit card info, but noticed a couple of days later, the room was actually charged to my debit card. My dislikes are focused on the room. There were several issues: This room was in rough shape. Someone partied hard in this room prior to our stay. The bathroom door actually had holes in it and had damage to it. The bathroom door stop located on the wall had the little rubber stopper missing so it was "repaired" with either tissue or toilet paper, The temperature knob on the microwave was missing as well as the front legs. They propped it up using a bar of soap. The stopper in the tub did not work properly. Had to actually pull the stopper out of the tub in order for the water to drain. The lamp shade had a bad tear in it and was repaired with clear tape. It looked like something you might pick up off the side of the road. And lastly, there was hair on the bathroom floor when we first got to the room. This room should not continue to be booked until these things are properly addressed.

  : The facility was clean. No bugs no messes.
  : The staff was basically teenage Valley Girls who couldn't care less about what you were saying. Our soaps were empty in the shower and could not find a staff member to request more. The pool, being the main reason I chose this place, was FREEZING and we were not the only family to get dressed up ready to swim only to stick our feet in frigid water and leave.
