  : The worst place we have ever been to.We have a reservation on booking.com and have already paid the full amount. We were driving 15 hours we had such a long day and expected to rest for a night. I messaged the hotel in the evening that we will have to check in late since we are driving from Wyoming. At 1 am. We arrived I told them I am here to check in. The lady said she doesnt have a room for us and I insisted we already had a reservation confirmation and I have paid the full amount of money. How could you not have the room for me?If you could not manage your availability on booking.com then dont put it up on booking. com. It was super frustrating and we are drained from our trip.I asked what do you mean you dont have a room for us. You already took our money. She said they took it, you call them talk to them we dont have room so I guess its booking.com fault. We are desperately need a place to stay but we need to keep on driving after 15 hours.After we left for 20 mins she called us and said she had one room for us if we want to come back. Seriously would you come back? I already insisted and she didnt care and said then talk to booking myself. Is this a joke? You dont even deserve 1 star.
