: The location is great. The hot tub was great when the maintenance man remembered to unlock the doors
: The amount of codes needed to get in and out of all the doors was absolutely ridiculous. Whenever I had a problem either no one would respond or they couldnt help. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN OR STAY AT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY VACASA. I would stay here again but only book through actual property owner.

: Our door code to get into the hot tub area did not work. Tried to contact the rental company multiple times and had long waits, got disconnected multiple times, and the issue was never resolved. The hot tub was the sole reason we booked this place. Very disappointed. Also had many issues with payments going through and never once did I get a helpful response.

: The location is superb since it was right across the street from the main Winter Park ski area. The hot tub and parking were very convenient to the condo. The couch and bed were very comfortable and the TV was located in a great spot to watch it from both areas of the room.
: The room temperature was extremely difficult to control. We couldn't get the temperature below 72 degrees unless we partially opened a window and turned on the ceiling fan and the box fan. Otherwise it was too warm to sleep. The box fan had damaged blades and was noisy and wobbly. The light over the dining table did not work making it hard to see when we were eating. There was no kitchen trash can. More utensils are needed since we only had one metal spoon to use all week. We had three bath towels which wasn't enough for two people over 5 days. The TV was very hard to figure out so some instructions would have been very helpful.
