  : I liked the location. The bed was comfortable.
  : Hot tub and fitness center were closed due to Covid. Not advertised in the listing as such. The hot tub at the Best Western was open so seems to be a property management issue not a county heath department mandate. Should have been clear in the advertisement.The drain in the shower was very slow and surely has been for some time. No one likes having to stand in dirty water when showering.The key card to underground parking was nowhere to be found. When I contacted guest services I was told that I could pick it up from the property management office several miles away.While I was glad to have a full kitchen the cooking dishes and utensils made it feel a little like camping.

  : Ski in ski out!!! Kitchen worked out well.
  : Elevator didnt work morning we left. Small room for four people. Got tired of entering codes to enter building, room, ski room and spa.
