  : Overall the house is really good and it really corresponded to the pictures. There are quite a lot of things that can be improved as visible below but still our experience was nice!! 3 bedrooms, 1 play room (with a lot of toys) and 2 sleeping sofas and 2 living rooms. There is also 3 bathrooms (one on each floor). The view from the house was absolutely stunning, it was really nice to wake up to that view every day. The house was freshly clean, the floors were still wet and the entire house was smelling very well. We haven't used the sauna or jacuzzi. Location was great! a bit up the hill and near the hiking tracks. The outdoor area was really nice
  : - No Wi-fi - You have to bring your own bath towels plus kitchen towels. - Kitchen is not so well equipped. There is no dishwasher and no dish rack to drain the dishes. Big groups will struggle or they need to have someone drying and someone washing it as there is not enough place to put the dishes -communication: before arrival we sent an sms informing of estimated arrival time but no response. When we arrived, I called but the owner spoke only Polish which is ok. I asked to send sms instead. They informed that worker would come the next day to pickup the caution (500PLN) that would be returned on last day. We expected them but no one ever showed up. - Swimming pool was really dirty. it took me almost 1h to clean all the bugs and dirt from inside the pool however I noticed that the day after was again the same so it is not lack of cleaning but rather missing a cover for the evening - Upon arrival I received on the sms information that the last reading of electricity consumption could be found on the electric board and at check-out we would pay for the electricity consumed. price is 1PLN for Kw/h. We were very uncomfortable with this setup since usually it is always included in the price, plus, it is part of Booking regulations. We were very careful with our consumption but yet at the end of one week we had about 200 PLN to be paid. The pool pump was running 24/7 and we did not get any information to turn it off + we could see a locked storage room with the light on the entire time. We were feeling very uncomfortable so we called booking customer service to know more about it and booking put us on hold and called the owner. we immediately received a call from the owner but I was on call with booking and anyway, I wouldn't be able to understand. Finally it was confirmed that we wouldn't pay for these extra charges. if Electricity is too expensive maybe the rate of the house should be increased for better transparency
