  : The staff was great and friendly. The pub had some great options to eat, a beautiful outside space and was open till late which was great as we arrived at 10 on the first day. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location was perfect -It's a 15 min walk to the town centre and pier but right outside railway station which was ideal given we were attending Goodwood festival while on our stay here. We had a few meals here and the food was pretty great, both breakfast and dinner options. Would Def stay here again !
  : There was some construction going on out side the hotel, but that's temp and nothing to do with the property. And while it didn't bother us , there could be more lights in the room if someone wants to work etc. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay - relaxing and convenient.
