  : was clean comfortable room was quite large
  : was a bit over priced bathroom shower was notto powerful but water was hot basin is to small for a hotel room cladding on the bathroom wallmade it look cheap tile would make it more appealing surprise being a plumber you got to give a bit more of a wow factor

  : absolutely nothing; place is a death trap. Electricity and Fire Alarm system due not meet standards. Our electricity was wired up leading to an outside extension lead which was powering the Wi-Fi. Room severely tired, full of cobwebs, sheets did not fit bed and kept coming off, leaking taps, creaking floor, no breakfast although advertised. shambles of a checkin would never recommend anyone to stay!!

  : The manager checking us in on the evening of our arrival was nothing short of erratic, rude and needed some lessons in customer service, not what you expect when checking in anywhere, had we not had plans and already paid I would of course turned and left. I felt so sorry for the polite young ladies behind the bar trying to assist this man. We had a group booking due to attending a nearby wedding, he insisted one one was not booked and had to pay for another! despite us providing the Booking.com reference he demanded and shouted at my friend further payment to have another room which was 40 more than paid through booking.com and now have to go through trying to claim the money that has been paid twice back, by the time the fiasco with this man was done with we was then advised the food had finished despite the website saying until 9pm after travelling we was all hungry and severely disappointed but he did not care. He then charged my partner 10 for 2 pints stating just give him that as paying cash to then learn that the cost was 4.60, not the cost just the actual check of it!The rooms are very basic, full of cobwebs and not the most pleasant, would not walk on the carpet in bare feet put it that way! rooms need updating and not a bit like the photos on the website. of the 6 rooms our party booked one was slightly like the photos nothing really like it so much be the show piece for booking.com do not be fooled.Place is more of a hostel than a hotel, if you have the option look elsewhere!

  : The food in the pub only!
  : it is essentially a hostel, or so it felt. Strong smell of weed on arrival. The room was too hot and smelt of old smoke. fixtures and fittings old and tired. bedding smelt of smoke.People were hanging out their windows smoking. people wandering around in their PJs . Dogs in the room barking at passes by. Bins left for emptying outside which didnt look nice. the outlook was ok apart from a large container full of fag butts . we had a very noisy neighbour all night, telly on loud and grunting and screaming/swearing ALL night. we asked if we could move but were told they would move him . This made us feel a bit vulnerable as this was an outside building. we left and booked another night somewhere else, not wanting to spend another night . the place didnt have s nice vibe at all.
