  : It was a good one person room, comfy bed, polite staff. It was only a few yards from a bus stop which made it easy to get to and from.
  : Didnt do well for gluten and dairy free. But not many places in Wuppertal did.

  : We would have liked a little bedside lamp. Too bad the restaurant was closed, but the sign at the street didn't say.

  : the room was basic the view from the window looked like a construction site, during the day it also sounded like one too, the restaurant wasnt open

  : Lovely people and very helpful and great parking.
  : There was no heater and it was very cold. The staff did provide a small portable heater however it would have been nice to know beforehand there was no heat.

  : The room was clean enough and was not bad looking
  : The front desk employer was rude and didnt have patience when talking to us. I asked and question and he abruptly stopped me and was really annoyed about me asking him. He didnt explain to us when was the checkout and I had to ask him and didnt even told us that we had to leave the key inside the room and just leave, so we wasted so much time trying to do find him and had to call to a number they have on the door to getting again annoyed respond. They charged us more money than what the Booking.com were and he said that we were late at the check in so we have to pay more. The room was cold due to having a small portable radiator only working and the actual radiators were closed and couldnt be turned on. They were blankets in the closet but they were smelling really bad and we couldnt use them.

  : The location is quite nice and there is a really good Italian neighbourhood restaurant in walkable distance. This hotel has its own restaurant which we would have loved to try out but it was closed for renovation. The close by Italian restaurant made up for it.
  : It was already getting chilly with temperatures dropping down to 10C. The heating was not yet on. Coming from a country where we average 28-30C all year round a little bit of heating would have been nice.
