: Great location. Everything was within walking distance. Locals were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants served delicious meals.
: The 10-digit door code was a bit of a pain for locking and unlocking door, but once I got the hang of it, it was ok.

: Excellent location and good sized room.
: The bathroom seemed to be the only thing they really cleaned. Fans and vents were dusty sheets were stained and dirty, spiders and sand in cracks by door.

: It had a good size room, and a nice bathroom. It was close to downtown. The town of Yachats is very nice, not too many tourists. The beaches and rocky cliffs are beautiful. Stay somewhere else, though.
: I was promised an ocean view, which is a priority for me when I stay at the coast. Instead, there was a huge, overgrown bush on their porch right in front of my window blocking the view. There were overgrown weeds on the porch and in the flower pots. It looked awful. It is their responsibility to keep up with the property maintenance. They refused to help me in any way. It was false advertising created by the company for not keeping up with the property to coincide with their advertisement. I asked for a partial refund, but have not heard back. I doubt they will do anything. The furniture was uncomfortable, old, and outdated. The creamer packets where so old, the creamer looked like gross flakes.

Pleasant

: The view of the bay was really nice
: WiFi didn't work properly. There were bugs in the bathroom. HVAC didn't seem to produce any heat.

Wonderful

: The room far exceeded our expectations for the cost. It was bright, comfortable, great view and suited our needs very well.
: The driveway is difficult and needs to be leveled/filled in.

: Great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Easy to get to the beach. Great view of the ocean from our front window/door. Adorable room with cute decor. Very homey and spacious. Theres a cute whale tail out front that spays water every so often.
: Each time you lock the door, you have to enter the 10 digit code to unlock it. There was an incredible amount of long hairs in the bed, shower, sink and toilet. Youre asked to remove your shoes, but the floor was filthy. We killed 5 cockroaches during our 3 night stay. The thistles around the property are overgrown and grab your feet on the stairs.

: The room size was great and very quiet.
: A bigger area outside for sitting and enjoying the view.

: We hadn't done the key lock box before and didn't know to clear it and that the key was inside the box We were doing the code and trying the door.
