  : Having my own car park, spacious and very clean room, nice garden facilities to sit down, work or simply chill
  : Just a minor observation, perhaps the water in the swimming pool could have been a little cleaner

  : The location is fab. It's located in this cute little village with a few bars and restaurants and everything is on your doorstep by car. It is super quiet and you can watch the sunset from the pool/terrace. We didn't meet Sylvia but her friend Paola was there to help and an absolute angel. She made our stay VERY special x x x
  : Our room was a bit dark and dingy and instead of 'mountain view' we had 'wall view'. If i come again I would opt for one of the rooms upstairs.

  : We stayed in the room with the cactus terrace, which was really nice, especially in the morning, the view of the surroundings was outstanding. Staff was very warm and attentive to the guests' needs. We didn't use the pool, so we cannot have a comment about it. Breakfast was ok. I appreciated the fresh fruit every morning.Location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Timanfaya Park while being in a nice, quiet, and small village (Yaiza) , away from the touristic side of the island. Easy parking.
  : Maybe the only thing was cleaning/housekeeping.. Cleaning was supposed to be performed every day, but we often had the perception that the room floor was not cleaned ..so probably I would improve that.

  : comfortable and spacious room, good location, friendly staff.
  : Breakfast is quite poor. Omlette is served stone cold, availability of stuff is hit & miss unfortunately (for 2 days eggs not available).

  : Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent. Room was spacious and the bed was big as advertised. The pool was beautiful and cleaned every morning.
  : The only thing we had fault with was there was no kettle and fridge in the room. Would have been nice to make a cuppa.

  : Cosy bed and breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast buffet was okay. Excellent location in Lanzarote, perfect to visit the timanfaya national park and the rest of the island.
  : The breakfast could use some better (fresh) bread options, small effort for a big difference.

  : Small hotel tucked away. Quiet with nice pool area. Rose room lead onto pool area via bathroom which was a bit odd but OK.
  : While owner was available by phone only other staff was for breakfast. If you wanted your room cleaned you had to have breakfasted and be out before 10.00.However on a three day stay that was not a problem for us.

  : Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy to park, lovely terrace to our room
  : It's really difficult to find anywhere to eat in Yaiza (at least in January when we were there - might be better later in the season). We ended up driving to Playa Blanco every evening. Everything closes up really early in Yaiza.
