  : Our second stay at this property & it didnt disappoint. there was a very thoughtful gift of a bottle of Prosecco left by the owners & the Christmas tree had been put upThis property is close to the city with plenty of bars & cafes nearby as well as secure parking at the nearby Q park.We will definitely return here again

  : It was a bit strange going into a bathroom joined to a friends bedroom, we did however know it would be before booking and it didnt put us off

  : Paint work needs attention. The outside and hallway dont do the rest of the home justice.Also, very warm. The weather was baking but maybe need a couple of fans?

  : Excellently located for everything York has to offer. only a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Nice touches - teabags, coffee sachets and tea bags provided with little individual milk pots too. Bottle of wine in fridge and large bag of crisps. Spotlessly tidy and very well appointed throughout. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely book again.
  : In the master suite on the top floor, there were no electricity sockets near a mirror. Lighting at sink area quite poor. Whist the windows faced out to a busy road, sound proofing was very good, but windows would benefit from a good clean, inside and out. The smaller of the two double rooms has no mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. This is all constructive criticism only as it didnt spoil our stay.

  : It was a really comfortable and well equipped apartment. Had everything you needed.
  : Front room overlooks main road at same height as Buses going past. Didn't spoil our stay but just something to be aware of.
