  : The location was walkable to everything, the rooms were bright and airy and the kitchen was very well-equipped with clean, good quality cookware. The price was very fair compared to other available options.
  : A week before the stay, the scheduled payment was made through the Booking website, but a day before our stay, I received a message from the property that the booking was unpaid and they would sending me a link through email to make the payment. If I hadn't been paying attention, I could have paid twice. Water pressure in the shower is very low, and the toilet tank takes nearly 5 minutes to fill between flushes. The place was generally clean, but some items were in dire need of deep cleaning, such as the decorative blanket on the bed, the area rug in the living room, and the oven.

  : The apartment is a good size and layout. There is no parking on site but you are given a parking permit to park on the road.The apartment was warm considering how cold and wet York was on our stay. There was plenty of hot water for the large shower.
  : We found the apartment a little lacking based on other apartments we have stayed in around the same area of York. There was no milk, only a couple of sachets, so we had to go out and buy, most places we have stayed at have had a welcome pack containing at least milk, some have had wine and breakfast bits for your first night.It was lacking a coffee table in the lounge to put a cup or plate, we ended up using the spare bedding box as a table.
