  : Very central location, everything was within easy walking distance. Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, quality bedding. large wardrobes, plenty of fresh clean towels, apartment had everything we needed from washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk in the fridge, a large fridge freezer, hand soap, toilet roll, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and 2 fans and a nice little friendly pub across the road called the Cock & Bottle which was nice for a small refreshment after our days adventures.

  : We didn't have any hot water from the taps in the bathroom or kitchen and had to therefore boil the kettle. Also no mirror in the bathroom

  : Liked the city location and how close to everything it was. Flat was clean and nicely furnished.
  : Instructions for finding the door could have been clearer. Had no hot water on the first night, messaged them and had no reply but could tell someone had been in as toilet seat was up and had hot water. Very worrying as we had stuff laying out. Lack of easy to reach plugs in double bedroom had to move the bedside cabinet so I could plug in my charger easily.

  : Lovely place to stay. Its was clean and comfortable with comfy beds.
  : Couldnt find the email containing the information that we needed and no information left in the apartment. Didnt have hot water but shower worked so no problem there. Had to boil the kettle to wash up .

  : Property was tired and in need of some maintenance but the biggest problem was that there was no mirror in the bathroom and not above the sink making shaving and makeup impossible- when the hosts were contacted there was clearly no intention of remediation for this problem and I was told you should have brought your own shaving mirror and upon contacting Booking.com the hosts reply was I didnt adhere to their policies and no compensation would be givenThe hosts clearly do not put customer care very high on their list of priorities I can NOT recommend this property at allThe photographs shown for this apartment tend to suggest that it has a riverfront aspect - far from the truth it is on the road side - to me this is misleading advertising
