  : Has some difficulties with corresponding with the staff prior to check-in. Eventually able to contact them through a phone at their office.

Disappointing

  : I like the location and the view it was amazing. I liked the code for the door was already provided upon arrival
  : very disappointing management company. on Friday night wanted to BBQ so prepared the meat and light up the BBQ but apparently the propane gas was empty. we called the management company at 8pm and no one responded until the following day we had to call again at noon to bring us the propane gas. My advise is the cleaning crew should have noticed the guage on the propane was low so they should made the change before we arrive. There was a ping pong table which was broken apparently or maybe I should say "NOT PROPERLY ASSEMBLED" on the last day of our departure my kid tried to play with it but the minute that touched the table it fell apart. the prop mgmt. simply charged us $100 for that and I am calling leaving messages and sent so many emails but no one responds to my calls which is very disappointing, I was trying to explain that it is not our fault but they have simply drawn $100 out of my account. At least reply to my email or return my call. Not to mention their description says free WIFI. but we never got WIFI.
