  : Non-guest standing out in yard by picnic table with bottles of liquor and urinating over the fence in the back. Then getting in car and driving away. Reported this to office staff, should have tried to get his vehicle license but he drove away before could do so. Was very disturbing to see this in broad daylight!Were given room 61 and no directions to get to room except in building behind office. Well there was no 61 visible on any of the 3 buildings. So went back to office they said again in building behind office....no access to building both end doors locked and no key access. So went back to office second time and they said go thru main door....there was no main door. Finally after trying and driving all over the property for about 45 minutes (we are 83 years old). Went back third time to office and demanded we be given a room where it was available at parking lot so we got 60. They said double beds and I informed them no rate change! In fact we feel after all the hassle and not once did we get a map of the property or anyone physically take us to our room (it was on the inside of the building that was locked) that we are due a refund of our room payment. Much less to say the man in the outside urinating in visible of parking lot was not conducive to stay either.

  : Lovely historic motor motel really close to the Main Street of Yuma. Super helpful reception team, good rooms and two pools, one heated.
  : Pretty noisy from traffic but it is a motor motel on a major highway so no complaints about that.

  : Good location near mall with restaurants and a diner (Penny’s for breakfast). Good size room. Clean. Plenty of parking. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
  : No coffee/ tea making facilities in room. TV was a bit small.
