  : Incredible luxury apartment very well located with a large terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view. We have been upgraded to the Bijou LQ80 jacuzzi penthouse due to an availability change and it was really appreciated. Thank you James. Fast check-in/check-out. The bedding was great.
  : The neighbourhood. There are nice Home Automation equipment (TV, music...) but we were restricted with their utilization and this equipment is also used to track what we do. First we received message saying we were making noise at 8:30pm and saying the neighbourhood can call the police while we were just having dinner with some music. (We even received a crazy decibel indication, probably due to the fire alarm activation when opening the oven, not really our fault)Then we received message at midnight saying that their equipment were showing we were making noise on the second floor of the appartement while we were just watching a movie with closed windows. This was enough! We are not paying this price to be tracked and restricted, we did not 100% enjoyed the rest of our vacation and even if we received noises instructions when booking, we have traveled a lot and have never received this kind of complaint before. Saying this is due to “Swiss culture” is not acceptable. We are Swiss, this is not our ways (complaining about noise on Saturday at 8.30 pm, come on).

  : Overall...the location, the room quality, they provide high end things, big wide screen TV, Sonos speakers in every room even at the terrace, fully equipped island kitchen design, really like the views from the room with plenty windows, the list goes on....and off course last but not least the host, James is totally responsive, informative & helpful.
  : almost none...only the daily cleaning provided, I'd call it a daily "refresh" rather than cleaning

  : The style of the apartment.
  : Apartment was dusty. Carpets, curtains, everytime one opened a cupboard, even in the bathroom dust was flying around, because the washing machine and tumbler maybe never had been dusted on top. The internet included did not work properly even after it was tried fixed by staff. All in all it was terrible because of the dust that made it difficult to breathe and I would like a refund.
