  : it's the worst hotel we've ever been! imagine you paid a hotel so you and your family can rest and sleep well, instead it was a nightmare for us! their air conditioning isn't working well, it's too hot inside our room. i got to go to the reception twice but the receptionist said she can't do anything and we only need to open the window! since we are really tired i didn't argue anymore but they should've done something. we opened the window because we have no choice and we are all sweating to death especially my children. we slept for 2-3hours only because there's always a noise outside.there are barking dogs, people talking outside, fireworks at 12am and cars that passing by. siince we were on the first floor, we all all of them very well. the receptionist and the waiter said they will tell it to do the boss, but after reviewing all the reviews of the hotel, I've learned that it's not the first time, nor the second. So, meaning they already knew that their air conditioning didn't work well and they not working to fix it .

  : The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly (wrong instructions about restaurant opening hours, lack of interest in our inquiries about transportation and amenities we needed in the city, not once did they smile or been friendly to us). The air conditioner in the room did not work and the shower was broken.

  : clean, comfortable, good breakfast, kindly personal.
  : It was 35 degress outside that day, AC doesn't work well. The hotel is expensive, in that price I expect f.e. bottle of water in the room.
