  : the hotel is very much a construction sitealmost no facilities in the room (no coffeemaker)large terrace feels unsafe, partly no fencing, construction plastic hanging over it, cracks in the overhanging concreet ceiling where water comes seeping through

  : I was hesitant about booking this property. The photos looked great but the booking ratings were mediocre. I went for it in the end and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are super nice, the terrace is amazing, it seems as if one is somewhere exotic and not in the center of Zagreb. The location is great. I would recommend it!

  : it's an artsy hotel with interesting archtitecture and full of modern furnishings. Hotel picks up charge , if you take cab from Britain Square to the hotel.
  : at a slight distance from the city center on a relatively steep street.

  : Doesnt match the pictures at all, garden area outside the room half built and under construction. Piles of bricks/tarp. Was the one of two guest and felt unorganised and not sure. Garden area didnt feel safe/secure.

  : The two ladies that worked there were very nice but they were new and did not know what amenities were available on the property. The hotel is beautiful, very artistic designs.
  : This hotel does not have the amenities listed on Booking.com. There is no restaurant, cafe or bar. There is a small bar in one corner of the hotel but there is no bartender and it did look like it was even in use. More like a small bar in someones house. There is no cafe or restaurant at all. When we arrived there was a full room service menu on the bed. I asked to order a small cheese board and was told they dont even have room service or a cook. Why was there a full menu laid out then?? We were told there would be some breakfast in the morning (Im guessing it would have been pastries since there is no kitchen?) Then our AC was not working and when my husband asked for help with it he was told the AC doesnt work in that room and we can move to another room. At this point we felt the hotel lacked most of the amenities we needed, so we went bank to the other hotel we stayed at before earlier that week. As I stated before the staff were very nice and apologetic. The hotel was clean, but unless you only need a place to sleep and shower I would not recommend. We asked for a refund but our request was denied :(
