  : I had a day in Zagreb after a work trip and before my flight home. Lidja was a very friendly host and told me about the city. The room was quiet and clean and there is a nice patio area.

  : Lovely host, great location (10 minutes walk from the central square). Delicious coffee with cream was available in the common kitchen. The room was cozy and clean.

  : The rooms was very good, clean and the water pressure was nice in the shower.
  : Pillows could be better and the shower door was not closing completly.

  : The location was close to the tram stops and the shops. The building is visible from the street as the guest house. It has a kitchen and clean rooms.
  : Someone seemed to be invaded my room during the night time like the troubles I encounter these days. The room invasions did not stop since April or so in my situation despite of frequent contact to the local police. I did not have visible money theft from my wallet nor the 2 trousers damages happened at City Rooms in Budapest as too much troubles.

  : My stay at Rooms Lidija stands out as my single worst experience on Booking.com I was due to arrive at the accommodation at 1:00am in the morning and was apprehensive because the last time I stayed there both taxis and Ubers couldnt find the place and the drivers didn't speak English. When I asked for a contact number on the off chance I would run into trouble again, I was connected in with their WhatsApp. Had this not happened I would have booked one of the main hotels given the hour of night I was arriving. A few hours before flying I reached out to the property for room details and Lidija moved the goal posts regarding any potential support. She verbally abused me for expecting it, told me not to come and then her son sent me the mother of all abusive messages. To say it was shocking would be an understatement. In the end they over-wrote my payment preference via Booking.com and charged me without my consent, then cancelled my stay which would also result in me not being able to write a review on their page. I reached out to Booking.com for the opportunity to express what Im writing here. No guest should ever have to experience what I did. As a result of the unprovoked abuse I have been subjected to I very much call into question these hosts ability to have guests stay in their accommodation. I would advise other travellers to find more stable hosts and professional accommodation in Zagreb.
