  : One of the most unfriendly places we've ever been, I honestly don't understand the high ratings. According to the ad, the room was much smaller than what was promised, instead of 19 m2, approx. 9-10 m2. You can clearly feel that there are too many rooms in the apartment, which was evident both from the size of the room and from the parking options. The cars were parked back and forth in the yard, just where was a little space. Upon our arrival, the key was waiting at the reception with a note, no one was at the reception during our stay. We only met with the cleaning ladies, there was nobody who speaks even a word of English, we had no opportunity to complain to anyone about the size of the room, and we received zero information about breakfast, wifi, things to see, restaurants, etc. in the area. They have no idea what hospitality should be about, they only travel for the money. It was the first and last time I paid in advance for accommodation. The room was basically clean, but the half of the curtain was missing, so it was not possible to darken it normally. There was neither a glass nor a kettle in the room. The cleaning lady just break in the room, without knocking, while my 1-year-old child rested. While they cleaning, they shouted loudly in the corridor. The soundproofing of the building is very bad, everything can be heard. The breakfast was below the minimum expected level, small selection, not good quality food. The stairs leading to the yard were slippery, we almost fell on them. To say something positive, the apartment is well located, close to the center, the street is quiet and peaceful. Totally overrated place, so for the money we would expect much better service.

  : It was clean and warm.The staff they didnt spoke English but they tried a lot with translation equipment.The breakfast was good and fresh. Always they had hot water downstairs for tea. The bed was comfortable and gave us the mountain view as we paid.
  : For non car owners its 15 min away from the center by foot. I would put extra toilet paper as we were 3 days there. I would recommend one kettle in the room but was fine to go downstairs, probably for safety reasons.Toiletries in the bathroom is a must and they didnt had.I would return but with car rental.
