  : The hotel was centrally located for the tourist attractions in the town and fairly close to the family we were visiting.
  : The hotel agreed to provided a packed breakfast on our departure day and were specifically told not to include any meat. We were extremely disappointed to discover that both sets of sandwiches contained meat products. Also they managed to booked our taxi request twice and the evening receptionist didn't pass the message onto the morning receptionist who didn't understand what we said and booked it again - the taxi driver complained to us on reaching the airport about this.

  : The location was perfect, 15 minutes to City center.
  : Firstly, we booked a double bed in the booking because we a cuple, however when we made a check in and inside in the room we found 2 separate beds. So we returned and explained the situation, but the receptionist said that they dont have any available rooms with double bed and said that by policy they dont guarantee to have a double bed. We wanted to canceled booking, but they didnt return the money. Secondly, the furniture especially in the bathroom is completely different, not like on the photos. It was super old bathtub. If we see the real photo, definitely chose different hotel, because the quality of the hotel 2-3 stars. Thirdly, the temperature of water was unstable when you take a shower. When I took a shower in the morning, every 10 seconds the temperature of water has increased repeatedly which can literately burn your skin.

  : Quite far from train station. The bathroom was old and the shower was in a bathtube.

  : Good quality and spacious room, very close to city centre. Very clean, friendly staff. Overall a very good experience.
  : Noise from other visitors to the hotel.

  : The location and the size of the room were nice. The mattress was comfortable.
  : There was a huge leak in the shower stall. The breakfast room was weird. Overall it is expensive for what is being offered.

  : very noisy, room on the street and a lot of noise from the other rooms, problem in the bathroom, old hotel ....

  : Wheelchair access to lifts impossible without taking the feet of first else I could not get in with my wife to assist. First time door closed on her leg causing her to cry. Also no restaurant service so after a 5 hour journey had to go out but nothing opened till 20:00 hrs so we had to buy supermarket goods and take back to room.
