  : The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
  : We were two people in the room and they only gave us a little soap to wash our hands. On the first day, there was a small amount of soap (which was liquid soap and shampoo) and that ended with just a shower. We asked for more soap at the reception and they gave us about 3 sachets of soap. On the day they cleaned the room, they didn't put soap for bathing or shampoo. We asked again but they just give some sachets. We then decided to buy our own soap and shampoo on the street.On the first day we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a young girl. However, on the last day we stayed there, I asked the guy who was at reception at night if we could check out at 1 p.m. and he said we could. To our surprise, on the day of check out, a woman who was at the reception in the morning (about 40 years old) called to our room at around 12:15 p.m., rudely and complaining to me, because I hadn't checked out yet. I explained to her that I had been allowed to stay until 1 pm and she said that was ok, but without to say even sorry for her rude behavior. So we stayed until 1 pm but when we checked out we were not treated well and we felt as if they wanted us to leave the hotel quickly. It was almost like we were being kick out. It was very strange. We asked them to call a taxi and weve been told that we could catch a taxi right ahead because the taxis passsed in the avenue often. Then, we left the hotel, but we had a lot of luggage. So I went back and I insisted that they called a taxi because we needed a big taxi, and only then They called.The whole check out was strange. Looked like were not welcome in the place. We never had been treated like this in a 4 stars hotel before.That woman (about 40 years old) created a dark athmosphere around the staff. The impression we had was that she let the people who work with her a little bit nervous, because when she was not there the staff were ok. She was the only one who made us to feel bad.

  : good room in a very good location. clean with ok storage. The hotel bar was good value for money but the hotel itself seemed a bit expensive. it was good to be able to park in the hotel underground parking. It was very easy to visit the old city on foot and to see most of the sights from the hotel
  : we would have preferred a double room rather than the twin room we were given. it was extremely stressful getting to the hotel by car as it was during the city festival which no-one had warned us about - it took 2 hours from entering the city to reach the hotel and park.Breakfast was very expensive but there were plenty of alternatives within easy walking distance

  : A nice hotel and well located. Parking is good with access to the hotel by lift.
  : All was satisfactory.

  : location was excellent, the hotel is local to everything - sights, bars, cafes, transport. Staff were friendly and efficient.
  : We were caught by blocked roads due to the fiesta and could not approach the hotel by car. We managed to park more cheaply in a nearby underground parking lot - Los Sitios. The bed mattress was very firm/hard, and the bed frame was very noisy and squeaky, not a great sleep.

  : It was easy to book online.We loved the location.The front desk staff were friendly!The room was nice and clean and comfortable!We had a nice welcome of Del Pilar Handkerchiefs and Chocolate de Aragon, plus a fiesta guide book!We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good.

  : This has been a very well located hotel. I was put in the most ugly room ever.Big and empty of furniture.Needs a good renovation.
  : Room badly decorated, lobby not cosy, breakfast and restaurant area is not nice. The food is very good.

  : Perfect location in the city to see the sights. Room small, but nice. Good value. Would stay there again.
  : Not anything really to I can think of. Parking was adequate, but small spaces under the hotel.

  : Continues with no facility to make hot drinks other than the espresso coffee. No decaffeinated beverages. Charged for hot water.Backstroke necessary to reach the toilet roll....Breakfast, ummmm. Needs much improvement, and the room where it is served continues reminiscent of a works canteen. I gave it a complete miss for this reason and ate elsewhere @15!!!

  : Room was too hot. No air conditioning working. Property got rid of A/C system. Had to change room for another less hot. Staff not as friendly or responsive as on our privous stay.
