  : it was clean, well equipped, well designed
  : the app that was supposed to provide entry did not work; I had to wait for a long time on the phone to talk to someone to manage to get to my room; it lacks air conditioning (temperature was above 30 degrees); there was no proper sheet on the bed, just an under-sheet, which was warm and uncomfortable in the hot weather; the bathroom light went off when I was in the shower, so had to shower in the dark.

  : NOTHING I COULDN'T GET IN THE ROOM THE STAIRS WERE WARM
  : Arrived 11pm after checking-in online and managed to open the front door with the "phone" key but it would not open the room door. I checked other doors which showed a red light but nothing from my door. You need to know this is just rooms in an apartment block so nobody is around if you have an issue. I repeatedly called the emergency number and nobody answered. Some guests came out and said a lady had arrived at 6pm that week and also could not get in the same room or get anyone on the emergency number. At 12pm I searched for other hotel without luck and decided I would take the first 0426 train from Zug. This was meant to be a cheap bed to sleep in for one night so I didn't need to make my usual last 2130 train from a business function. In the end.. the stairs were the only option. This place is a disaster only risk it if you will arrive in the office working hours. So bad to have an automated service without any people and then not have an emergency option with at least one person who can remotely open doors. Bad bad.

  : -position - contactless check in - bed although small was comfortable
  : Do NOT come here if you intend to sleep and rest properly. It was a nightmare. The entire night I couldnt sleep because you heard noises coming from everywhere. I had the room right in front of the laundry machines and you heard everything. The walls are paper thin and for the entire night you heard noises of any type.- although I liked the contactless check in , its problematic if you dont have any internet connection as the app needs internet to let you check in- no shower gel / shampoo- lose shower structure - cheap furniture - super small room.For me not worth it for the price you pay. Never again.

  : 1. Paper thin internal walls (next door didnt listen to quiet time).2. Quite old (get what you pay for compared to others).
