  : This is a super unique property so you can't compare it easily to a similar priced options. You are staying in a cottage at a working lighthouse. It's on the edge of the harbor, so don't expect to be able to just walk to dinner. But if you want something quaint and quiet and unique with the ocean only a few steps away this is for you. The cottages are spacious and comfortable with living rooms and full kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom. They are either A or B listed historic buildings and are furnished accordingly. Jeremy was an incredibly gracious host, and provided us all the basic necessities for breakfast in the morning which was a wonderful bonus and made our stay that much nicer. It's very dark at night which allows you see stars and even the northern lights if you are fortunate enough to come on a cloudless night.
  : The beds are pretty hard, at least for us. So we could have used a mattress pad or some extra cushion.

  : We had a lovely time at the cottage. The cottage is quite unique, beautiful, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent attention to detail. Jeremy was a very helpful and interesting host. It was great opening the door to the lighthouse everyday. We will definitely be back.
  : Nothjng we did not like but you do need a car to get there.
