  : The room was comfortable enough and not a bad location
  : NOISE!We booked a hotel for a nice night away to see an event at the arts centre, and specifically didn’t want to stay in a pub, hence choosing what we thought would be a good hotel. Turns out we ended up in a pub that stayed open late.When we checked in we were told the bar would close at 23:00. At 01:00 the music eventually stopped but the noise all evening from drunk punters smoking and drinking right outside our window was unbearable. On top of this we have tried to contact the hotel management several times but have failed. I would absolutely not stay here again, it’s far too expensive for what it is and they clearly don’t care about their customers.Save your time and money and stay at a premier inn. I’m all for spending money locally but this has put us right off and is a disgrace
