  : The location and free parking were great. Breakfast was lovely.
  : Not all rooms show on the web page. Be aware when booking! We booked an ensuite double room. We were in the Jeti room. It was very small. The hand basin was in the room. The bathroom was small and the door was a see through glass sliding door that didnt close properly. There was no privacy at all. The bed was a small double. The Jeti room should be a single room. We advised the host we wernt happy who said we could cancel and find alternative accommodation, this was at 8pm on a rainy night., she offered a partial refund. As we were only there for the one night we put up with it. Check the room you are allocated before arrival

  : The room was lovely, the colour scheme very contemporary, there was plenty of space and even a table & two chairs. The view was great even though it was side-on! We were literally only a few steps from the beach! You could help yourself to as many toiletries, tea bags, milk etc as you needed from behind the front desk and they even provided oat milk which I've never seen before in any hotels I've stayed in! The breakfast was exceptional with delicious Welsh bacon and sausages. The owners/staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend their guest house to everyone!
  : Our en-suite had 4 frosted glass panels on the door which meant you could see whoever was in there using the lavatory. There was also another huge frosted glass panel on the top of one of the bathroom walls which meant as soon as you put the light on at night, the whole bedroom was flooded with light. We also thought the lighting in the room in general was very poorly thought out- the bedside lights were big glass bulb-shaped things with far too strong a bulb in them(again lighting up the whole room). The main overhead lights were also far too strong and the second bed had no bedside light at all. There was no lamp to even have the option of taking a light over to the bed (and the bedside lights for the double were attached to the wall). We thought perhaps the breakfast times could have been a bit longer as stopping at 9.15 seemed a little early especially when you are on holiday!
