  : the location next to the see was nice and also the breakfast was ok.
  : There is a lot to improve on this particular building like internal garden, clean more the place, my entrance dor had some traces of poo from an animal/bird or something. Inside was ok.. beds were clean but the furnitor was giving the impresion of not being so clean. Inside the closed was a bed smell and the shower head was broken.

  : The location is amazing. There's also a great pool, the beach is very nice.Excellent breakfast, new towels and cleaning service every day.Spacios rooms.
  : I didn't like that I got a room with old furniture and also there was a strange smell in the room. The fridge and stove were rusty. It was disappointing at the begining, but I took the positive side. The hotel has kept the traditional style and I really like it, but I think they should do some renovations(painting the walls) at least in room 1116 and they should get rid of that smell, but not using a perfume, it only covers the smell for a few hours.I'm pretty sure that some of the rooms are a 3 stars , but mine wasn't just because of those rusty things.

  : Excellent facilities both pools and bar/ restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic.
  : We stayed in the apartments not the hotel, the apartments were clean but quite dated compared to the rest of the hotel. I would stay there next time.

  : Practicaly direct on the beach, just 20m away. Parking in front of the house. Very clean room. Fully equipted kitchen. incerible breakfest! Nice bar, with great cocktails and beers (IPA as well).
  : Mosquitto net would be a bonus. You should bring your on stuff against pesky mosquittos.

  : The appartments are well equiped and clean. They are really close to the beach and have access to 3 pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Breakfast and dinner are very rich and tasteful buffets.I highly recommend it!

  : The location and studio was basic but fine for our needs. However we were unable to stay in the apartment. Please read "what didn't you like".
  : On arrival at the studio I had a shower and saw the water coming up through the drain which flooded the apartment. My husband went to reception to report this. Staff were indifferent and did not grasp the seriousness of the situation until my husband advised the accommodation was uninhabitable in its present state. A cleaner accompanied my husband and was clearly shocked at the amount of flooding. We were offered another room but had to pack our wet cases, move our stuff ourselves to new studio in Acharavi beach main apartments. It was a poor start to the holiday and clearly there had been an issue with the Florian studio before we arrived. No apology was given from reception staff or explanation. Given that we have been visiting Corfu for 40years this was extremely disappointing.

  : Staff is partly indifferent, breakfast not good, the rooms in Filorian are really shabby! Price for the comfort way too high!!
