  : Stuff was very frindly and the complex has everthing. Our room was cleaned very well always.
  : The food was not very good. Sometimes the meal was cold or not very teasty. Everthing in Euro and expensive. You have to pay in advance. There are to much people in the hotel (overcrowded). Because of that not very clean when you take the food. the people are touching different plates.

  : The property and pools were very clean and maintained. The duplex room is huge. Great food, especially for an all inclusive. The food had so much flavor. Loved anything that came off the grill! Breakfast was excellent with omelette station. I also liked that they ran the water slides despite the weather being cooler. Staff was friendly. Room cleaned every day and mini fridge stocked too.
  : The air conditioning was not on in the building. We came last week of March. The room was hot. We opened the balcony door which only helped a little. Our room faced the pool and there was entertainment until around midnight. It was sooo loud that no one could sleep. I think if the air conditioning was on , we could have shut the balcony door and it would have been a bit better. We asked the customer relations manager for fans which helped a lot. She was very helpful in getting those. The other thing is that there wasnt a good variety of kid friendly food choices. Most kids dont want a pizza with green and black olives on it. Pizza Margarita would have been nice. The place everyone kept saying had waffles was not open ever. Slushies would have been great too. Maybe hotdogs. Chicken tenders. Spaghetti with out meat sauce. Cut up fruit or fruit cocktail. Macaroni and cheese. Breakfast did have pancakes and cereal so that was good for kids. Also wished they had better wine. They only have 1 white, red, and rose. All were pretty bad. I struck out on mixed drinks. margaritas were basically pure lemon juice. Aperol sprintz was made with something red not tasting much like Aperol. maybe they could have a pour yourself option for beer and wine, also Sangria. I have been to all inclusives that had this option and it was tasty and easier than waiting in line to have them made. Last thing I think could have been improved was the pool towel situation. You get these cards to claim your towels inside the hotel at the spa. apparently if you dont turn in the proper amount of towels, you cant get that card back which costs 10euro and check out. People will take your towels so be careful. I think they should have bigger nicer towels if they are doing this. The towels they let you use are old brown and small.

  : We stayed here for 5 days, it was way too much! The food is good, but does not change much often. We were in April, it was so busy, I cannot imagine how crowded is in summer.
  : First impression when we arrived, rude receptionist, didnt even say hello, welcome etc.. We booked a spa, massage and turkish hamman- the worst message ever, I wouldnt call it a massage at all though, as the lady was so rushing that I didnt get any proper message, the reason she was rushing , the Spa was full of people,literally crowded.. Paid 60 per person, what a joke. The second thing - annoying stuff always trying to sell something, enough is enough.. Also the gym could be better . Also hotel didnt think about food intolerances , like milk, there was no alternatives ..

  : The hotel looks amazing, the design is special, the rooms are nice and spacious, lots of interest and attractions for all ages.
  : In many areas of the hotel the air conditioner does not work even though it is very hot.
