  : We liked the whole hotel and stay experience, the location is excellent and the beach is fantastic. A lot of great/good staff, very helpful with all things. Waiter Ata made our experience much better, he was kind, happy, and always smiled!
  : On the other hand, we were a group of 22 people with children and we wanted to enjoy our vacation together but the waiter Adil was very strict and didn't want to allow us to join tables or even move a chair or two. He was generally in a bad mood, each day! The beds were to hard, we were 22 people and most of us complained that the beds were a bit to hard to sleep on which made it hard to enjoy the vacation.

  : + enjoyed with our vacation in Pegasos Royal+ since you ll be able to use all the pools inside, you can choose only adults one too. it was quite and child free+ sandy beach + nice food+ rooms are clean
  : - wifi is extra- aqua park was not working properly. - we were here for my husband's birthday but we could not find a reservation in customized restaurants - since the hotel is all-inclusive, included drinks list is very limited. also good ice cream/fruity smoothies are not included

  : Room was spacious, many swimming pools, hotel is very close to the beach and beach is very safe for children.
  : Food was very boring, repetitive and not tasty. There was just 3 nights when we really enjoyed the food: Turkish night, Mexican night and japanese night. Rest of the time food was not great. Also there is no fizzy drinks added in mini fridge just 1 bottle of water and nothing else. Because we were travel with little child it was difficult to entry the beach with push chair: there is no ramp for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Also water in babys swimming pool next to Pegasos Royal hotel was very cold.Evening programs werent great and the same program twice in one week.

  : Generally clean, windows well isolating the noise from outside when closed, good window blinds. Close distance to the beach, great family room where you can slide the door for a sleeping child. The beach is well mainained and clean
  : Missing childrens playground near the hotel or the pools, very uncomfortable beds, no attractions near the hotel a part from a small bazaar, hotel shops not the cheapest, sometimes missing beach towels, pools extremely cold- especially the shallow kids pools.
