: Interior was clean. Bed was relatively comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Located in the center of Aix which is great for visiting the city. TV was a good size.Customer service is nice and available.
: The entire apartment was lopsided. Eating on the dining table was a stressful experience as you'd almost expect your food to slide off. Honestly, that seriously ruined the experience for us. Every room was leveled differently, floors sloped and were almost soft under every step.You can also hear everything going on in the other apartments... 7 am you will hear parents waking up their kids for school, then the next neighbor taking a leak, then the shower from another... Seriously disappointing as we aren't usually difficult with sounds around us but this was way more than we could handle.Thank god we only stayed two days.

: Slanted floor made us dizzy; AC, WiFi and TV were not readily functional and we needed to call the host for assistance. We suggest shortening the 30 digit WiFi password to something shorter

: Central position
: Central position but very loud street. For those travelling with family and children it is not ideal given the night life noise from the streets and nearby apartments. Especially in the summer - impossible to sleep with the window open in the living room - but the sleeping room has no windows so it gets very hot.

: Location is excellent - in the centre of the old town in Aix.
: Stairwell of building is very off-putting - plaster on walls peeling, tiles on steps cracked, overall dank feel to it. Apartment itself was not great - hard bed and limp pillows were very uncomfortable and there is a consistently bad odour coming from the shower room. The bedroom gets very hot at night as there is no window and AC unit in living room is not sufficient to cool the bedroom area.

: Location...nothing more
: Check in was poor and lengthy host didn't seem to care.Apartment was tired with cheap fittings.No window in the bedroom making it uncomfortable. Entrance was dirty..security door to the block of the apartment was broken so anyone could enter.Horrible smell going up to the apartment. Apartment bad odour.We left a day early as one would not like to stay here any longer. Floor in the apartment uneven and dangerous.
