  : There are no windows, the studio is very dark, the only window is above the bed and open to the stairs space. The toilet is open to the main space!! There is no air conditioning

  : The location was really central located in the Old Town.
  : The owners sent me the information on how to get the keys less than 24 hours before my stay, despite me contacting them a few days earlier, but they just ignored my messages. When I received the information from them, all the information was in French. I asked them if they could send me the information in English, but they refused! Had to pick up the keys of the accommodation at a different address myself. It was kinda complicated to find and pick up the keys as the information I received was only in French. The stairway up to the apartment had no lights at all, so I had to use my phones flashlight all the time. The apartment itself was too small and unpractical. No windows, no separate bathroom.
