  : I fouled up with dates and bookings took almost an hour to make a simple change.

  : Access was through one door only. There were no toiletries provided. There weren’t enough towels for all the people. The key cards did not function.

  : The staff was really nice, kind, and attentive. The room was generally clean and comfortable, and came with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a nice desk and chair for working! The hotel is very conveniently located in a safe area with malls, stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was a great value for the money, it's current rating doesn't do justice to the good experience we had at this hotel.
  : This a no frills hotel so breakfast is expected to be simple, but it would be nice having some milk and cereal, as the options were limited to just bread and juice/coffee.The pillows were nice and soft but too thick so they were a a bit uncomfortable on the neck. I also found what it looked like an accumulation of mold and dust in the ceiling but nothing major.Other than that, we liked the hotel!

  : Room was not truly clean. Several bugs crawling around and I found a bed bug the morning I was checking out. I took it to the front desk and the clerk was not surprised nor alarmed. It must be a known problem.

  : The complimentary breakfast consisted of 3 items..the hotel was busy the morning we were checking out and having only one toaster available made the waiting time longer to get food..our bed was on wheels and kept sliding across the floor and away from the wall since there was no carpet which made it hard to sleep since we had to keep getting up to move the bed back..our room also faced another building with a small alley which was not appealing or desirable
