  : The apartment was nice and felt very local. It has three rooms as advertised. The living room was a good size with comfortable sofas and a good-sized dining table. All rooms had an air-conditioner. The decor was great - really felt like living in an authentic Spanish home. There were breakfast materials provided though we opted for getting some bakery from shops nearby. Short walk away from centre.
  : Only one of the bathroom was newly refurbished. The one without refurbishment was rather basic and not great. It was usable, though shower was not powerful and did not feel as fresh. The rooms are a little small, especially when travelling with an infant (space for a cot was very limited.

  : The sitting room and dining room are big and comfortable and well lit. Location is good too.
  : Bedrooms are too small - they should be single bedrooms not double - hardly any space to move around. I also needed matches to light the cooker and was told to "go buy them" from the supermarket.

  : Expect poor service, including lack of basics such as towels / shampoo etc and to be fleeced for any money the rep can get.We arrived at 22:10 due to being re-routed to Murcia airport because Alicante airport was closed as there had been a fire there. Despite keeping them abreast of the situation throughout the day, the meeting reps (Mari) 1st response was to question whether I was telling the truth (it was on the news for all to see), then to tell me if we arrived after 10pm there would be a 30 charge (I first contacted her at 12pm and was unsure of our arrival time - the possibility of an additional fee was her first response).Mari did not meet us at the door of the property, but got someone else to (despite me continuously updating her on the situation that was outside of our control - this added extra time to us getting into the accommodation). It would have been safe for her to wait inside the foyer as it had a key lock and could not have been accessed by people who had not already got entry to the building.The accommodation was clean, but there were only 2 towels ready for a 3 bedroom stay (two of which were double rooms), for 3 nights and only 4 sachets of shampoo for the entire stay. (I checked throughout the apartment and there were no other supplies).There is also no balcony as advertised (a 1 inch gap from opening doors to an iron rail does not constitute a balcony).What Mari had meticulously prepared was the invoice for the 30 charge for arriving after 10pm and this was her prime concern (the rest of the paperwork was of a lesser concern / detail).For note, Mari is also not English speaking and was in a rush to fleece another set of clients (she was at pains to explain that she had to meet them) so didnt even bother to google translate when explaining the layout. The only real thing she did explain was how to point a remote control to the tv and press the on button!

  : The space was huge, very clean, A/C in every room.
  : The beds were a bit small but fine. We were only 2 people so only slept on the same bed the first night. After that, we chose to sleep in separate bedrooms. But very comfortable mattress and every bedroom has a separate air conditioner.

  : Location! Location! Location! Close to everything, the central market, bus and train station, walking streets passeig esplanada d'espanya. Santa Barbara castle, Postiguet beach about 25mins walk away. We bought the Bono Mobilis Viaje card, yet ended up walking to everywhere thanks to the close distance. The apartment itself has enough amenities, feels homey and clean, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms with small double beds and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has all utensils. No central heating like most places in Spain, but air conditioners do the job, we didn't feel cold inside in January.
  : The second bathroom in the hall way has an interesting smell, it gets better after few days. We figured it was due to the old plumbing system, and not frequently used. We didn't mind too much as we prefer the other bathroom anyway. The staff has been very thoughtful and put few home diffusers with subtle scents.
