  : Beautiful room with a great little outdoor patio straight outside my room accessed via private French Windows. Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The downstairs bar/restaurant was a delight and although I didnt eat there (due to a shellfish allergy which sorely limited my options) the food looked amazing and was very reasonably priced as were the drinks of which I consumed several.

  : The location for this B&B is superb; clearly the best place to stay in Antibes. Breakfast is awesome; a great continental breakfast at a nice open space.
  : The rooms need renovation, they are a bit run down and dusty. The room for 5 people was quite tight, maybe a room for 2 is simpler and works better.

Disappointing

  : The outside appearance of the building, the fellow tourists in the place, the staff kindness. The restaurant is exceptional. The place is in really good location: 5 minutes from Picasso Museum (which is overpriced) and 2 minutes from the port and also a few minutes walk from city center.
  : When I arrived I can't check-in and can't eat in the restaurant because both is the owner task and she was away for shopping. The room is opening to the street which wasn't seem safe for an alone woman. It has no wifi. The cupboard has strange smell. The pillows are too soft and no reading lamp. The staff in the restaurant part is very noisy in the night. The shower and toilette is the same room so if you have a shower the toilette become wet. The wash basin and a shelf above is pretty small.
