Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that children below 5 years will dine free of charge based on parent's meal plan. Children between 5 and 11 years will get 50% discount on all meals. Children 12 years and above will be charged full amount.

Please note when booking the breakfast included rate, children ages 0 to 6 years old receive free breakfast (maximum 2 children). Children 6-12 Years old charge 50% of adult price (maximum 2 children).

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or purchase from guests' credit cards prior to arrival" depends on selected rate.

Due to health and safety reasons, this resort does not allow food from outside whether takeaway or home delivery.

Please note that the first child from 6 up to 10 years is allowed to share existing bedding and the second child from 6 up to 12 years can request an extra bed at an additional fee.

Kindly note that guests that book more than 10 rooms, they are subject to different policies and additional supplements.
