  : there was NO conditioner for my hair and there was NO ice. The desk chair was covered with someone's cut toenails....disgusting

  : The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The appearance of the motel from the street was not impressive and left me wondering if it was a good place to stay.
  : Outside, from the street, it didn't look very nice. So I started off with a bad impression but I had already booked the room and paid for it. The room was okay, clean and a comfortable bed. But the door had a bad patch job where an electronic device had been installed. It looked like old chewing gum was used to patch it. I didn't like that the freezer in the refrigerator was set too warm and wouldn't freeze the ice packs I need to ease my back pain

  : the beds were too high for a short person to get into. Road noise even though wwe were in the middle of the complex.
