  : The bedroom/living area was nicely furnished. The pool, spa, and walkways were very natury and looked nice. The semi-kitchenette was a nice additions. Everything worked. The staff were nice and helpful - even if it took them 45 minutes after check in time to ready my room.
  : There were some severe fit and finish issues in my room that would make me seriously consider staying more than one night. None of the doors closed without significant pressure. The walls were paper thin. The wood paneling in the kitchette was separating and pulling away whenever I opened the mini-fridge. Also there's no central light fixture for some reason? But that's not a big deal in retrospect. The kitchenette and both beds have lights.Worst of all was the bathroom. The shower backsplash was cracking, warped in several areas, and looked like it was grouted in to the wall by a 5 year old. There was a thin gap in the floor right in front of the bathtub that should have been grouted but was not. Both the cracked backsplash and the gap in the floor are a great way to get mold. I didn't see or smell any mold, but it triggered a few red flags for me. In addition, the shower controls were confusing because there were two sets of H/C directions because of a hacky replacement knob. When you pull the plunger from bath to shower, the bath spout continues at full blast. Hugely wasteful. The light fixtures have clearly not been cleaned in a while. Also if you turn on the lights in the separated wash area, they will turn on dim for several seconds and then turn on full blast - which makes me think that there are electrical issues too.Finally, there were some persistant and LOUD electrical hums throughout the night. I have no idea what they were, but given how the walls are paper thin, it could be something to do with the pool (which was nearby) or a neighbor running the AC at full blast or something.

  : The staff was very attentive. We did not know how to turn water from tub to shower. They came right away to show us how. The breakfast was self-serve, but each morning staff was around to offer extra rolls and see that we had everything we wanted.
