  : The location and view is awesome. The bed is comfortable and the living room is a nice relaxing area.
  : The neighbor upstairs was loud and kids stomped and dragged chairs across the floor day and night. It was horrible. The pool and jacuzzi were closed and we did not receive notice until we arrived, not good. Should be a discount on stay for that.

  : Location was lovely, and the golf cart that came with the property was a terrific bonus. Layout of apartment was wonderful, with lots of room to spread out. Lots of stairs up & down, but it was worth it for the amazing views of the ocean!
  : Facilities were a bit run down. Apartment was nicely laid out & furnished but needed a fresh coat of paint. Kitchen had oldish appliances. No Kleenex in bathrooms. Board games worn out with torn up boards, missing pieces. Fitted sheet on King bed fell off corners of bed consistently. It was NOT disclosed that pool, jacuzzi, and other common areas were closed. Then we saw people swimming in pool, and were told this was only for residents! We paid premium rates to stay here, but were denied access to all the amenities. Disappointed
