  : photos are not real. in photos is presented a new renovation location but the place is very dirty. we didn't accept to accommodate. was full amount paid arround 2 months ago but he accepted to refund only 100 . we didn't accept and we went to the police for complain. we kept all the photos for investigation. is actually cheating. they sold us nice photos only. was very uncomfortable because we searched arround for accommodation but with double price. very disappointed with Booking.com. didn't helped us to much. especially for the "famous " Genius3. we have thousands of euro spent through this account and after they analyze 1 week the photos and everything they said can return only 25 euro. is nothing. probably the like to be hilarious with good customers. we will book with other platforms of course .

  : - The only plus was that there was a late check-in, although there was no one there, as well as there was no reception for quick help, so we waited about 20-30 mins until we checked in (contacted to host by booing, then after getting a phone number of the worker, we waited for him to come)
  : -linen, the sofa, the all room were dirty (photos attached)-The bathroom was dirty, the mirror was awful, there was mold in the ceiling, and also there was no hot water. (photos attached)-There were 2 rooms, and the air conditioner was only in one, and in the second one there was only a dirty fan.-Door wasn't closing safely, also we tried hard to close the windows but no result. Anyone can come in from the window.-It was mentioned in the Booking Confirmation PDF that there is a safety box in the apartment, but there's none, so we couldn't leave our valuable items in the room.-All late night long there were 4 people arguing very loudly right under our window, and as we had trouble locking the windows, we couldn't sleep, as we were hearing them clearly.-You will see in description mentioned: "garden view, landmark view, city view, inner courtyard view", but we had only a trash side view.-Mentioned ironing facilities, but we haven't found them in the room.-We wanted direct contact with the host, we were refused a couple of times, then fortunately met the guy, who was cleaning outside there, he gave us Whatsapp number of the owner. But in MHO I had all the rights to have direct contact with reception/manager/owner (as the guy doesn't have responsibility to answer to my issues)-It was mentioned that they have a gym, but it wasn't mentioned that it is 0.5 km away from the placeI have booked an alternative stay with only 15% percent higher price and got sea view, service, cleanliness, pool, safety, reception 24/7, etc. The price isnt fair for this suitesAlso, the hosts responses to bad reviews are not acceptable to me, as they can not argue or blame customers for bad reviews. If I had been attentive I would definitely skip booking this place. I don't not wait for an adequate response to my comment as well :)If you want to get some bonus from the hosts side, just be ready to give them a 5-star review.

  : The drainage on the showers was not working and there was always water on the floor , the ACs were old and making a lot of noise, and there was a nasty smell coming from under the kitchen sink

  : Everything was good, its really close to the beach and in city centre so its actually perfect location. the rooms were clean and well-kept, everything was fine, I recommend this place, I would stay there again next time
  : It's really hard to contact the hotel owner who doesn't answer the phone and doesn't call back
