Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Rent Private Villas will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Ayia Napa Holiday Apartment 064 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Please note that:
-Check-in and key collection take place at the central office in Protaras after 17:00. The office operates daily from 09:00 to 18:00
-Pool cleaning is available
-Housekeeping can be provided at an extra charge
