WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 80 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that on the day of arrival before the check-in time and on the day of departure after the check-out time the Spa area can be accessed at an additional cost.

Please note that the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. Most restaurants, bars and the lobby are now complete, but there are ongoing works in the spa and some rooms.

Please note that the swimming pool will be closed until 31 October 2021 and the outdoor adventure pool will be closed between 20 September 2021 and 30 November 2021. The thermal pool and indoor children's pool will be open.

Sauna World will be closed until 30 November.

Please note that the pool area will not be available from 8th January to 14th February 2022.
