  : Location of this property is what sells it- within walking distance of Bushmills - which has a variety of shops/ restaurants etc - really is perfect base for seeing the north coast
  : Think wee welcome pack & simple things like tablets for dishwasher would be nice wee touch

  : Absolutely disgraceful. I rang the owner to come and view the property I was staying in with my 3 kids. He wouldn't come out but admitted he knew that there was vomit stains on the carpet, nails hanging out of the bannister and holes in the wall. He said he had visitors 3 weeks prior to my stay and they had left the place in that state. The entire property was disgustingly dirty. My daughter cut her hand on the banister and my son ended up with bug bites. Owner agreed to let me cancel my booking, however only partially refunded the booking as he said he still has to pay the cleaners as I had entered the property- absolute cheek of it- as far as I am concerned he now owes me the remainder of the booking and I should ask him to reimburse me for my kids injuries and the 150mile round trip at this stage. I argued that the place was not clean, was unsafe and absolutely not as described. What made it worse was that he knew the booking was with three very young kids and obviously thought he would ignore the state of the property and hope I would say nothing. Booking.com have not helped with the matter at all. Avoid at all costs.

  : Very poor communication including an incorrect phone number and email address. Problems with heat and wifi, corrected with prompting. No washing up liquid, no milk ( the brochure said there would be!).
