  : Front of house staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. There were over 20 guests in our group who were attending a wedding in the locality and all were treated with distain. When help was requested to carry large luggage bags for a couple their 80s it was point blankly refused. No information was given when asked about facilities. Most of the guests were English and I recommended the Salthouse Hotel. I am very embarrassed at how they were treated.

  : The view from the room was a bit underwhelming - and the window was small so not a lot of natural light. The spa shuts early and you can’t see what there is to offer

  : New complex in a beautiful setting with a fabulous view of Antrim coast from bar area. Hotel Staff were helpful and accommodating.
  : We messaged the Hotel and asked to be booked in for dinner on our first night. Instead of a table in the hotel restaurant we were allocated a table in the lookout which is a busy Italian restaurant like a slightly upmarket PizzaExpress with a very similar menu. Looking for peace after a sleepless night and a long day this was not what we wanted nor expected. We were unable to transfer restaurants at this point. The rooms have a thermostat on the wall with air con controls beneath. I struggled with these on the first night trying to cool the very warm room, to be told the following morning that there is no air conditioning to the rooms. Open a window, I was told! View from room (garden view) disappointing. Moorland view with rusty barn was more accurate. Overall, slightly disappointing for price paid.
