  : The location was perfect for the stay - a baseball game at Orioles Park at Camden Yards.
  : You would think this was the first time the hotel was booked to capacity in the history of the hotel. They were completely unable to handle a full hotel booking and hours after check-in time they were still trying to put people in rooms. If you are going to be located a half-block from a sports stadium, be ready for sports travelers. On the plus side, their staff was extremely nice during a stressful day. Would I stay again? Not on game day of a busy weekend between two winning teams.

  : They changed my room without notice. When I asked why I was told I booked 3rd party and I wasn’t guaranteed the room I asked for just a room in general

  : I booked 2 full beds, when I arrived, they gave me a king and roll away, they said that since I booked with booking.com I was guaranteed a room, but not assured I would get 2 beds., plus it was a big weekend and they overbooked! Some people had trouble getting rooms they reserved!

  : Excellent location and convenient parking
  : We booked a room with two beds and were given a room with one bed. We were eventually given a roll away for our adult son which was less than ideal. We had to go back to the front desk three times before the room was finally ready at 8:00pm (with a 4:00 check in time). Arrived at the 80 degree room to find the air conditioner broken. Called the front desk, they sent someone up who attempted to fix it and was unable to get it working after replacing a part. Went back to the front desk and were informed all rooms were occupied and therefore couldn’t give us another room and they would someone else to try to fix the a/c because basically the first guy didn’t know what he was doing. Went back to the room to wait. Second guy never came. Called the front desk again and they sent two fans and the roll away bed ( finally after asking for the third time). Slept in an 80 degree room with a couple of small desk size fans. They ended up comp’ing the room which obviously was appreciated but can’t really give a better review score than a 3.

  : We did not eat breakfast there.
  : The room was not what we ordered. We were supposed to have two double beds, as our grandson was staying with us. We had a queen bed and a chair that turned into a bed. They did try to bring a roll away bed, but the room would have been too crowded with that.

  : Refrigerator had been removed;: no hairdryer or soap in bathroom and TV had white lines across screen moving up and down. Couldn't watch TV. Had broken foot in cast asked for room close to elevator. My room was 22 rooms from elevator. Horrible experience.

  : How close it was to Camden Yards, a baseball game was the purpose of our trip. The staff was also all very nice.
  : No breakfast.And the TVs had barely any channels
