  : Pros:-very well situated near the train station and the city centre; -very clean; -big room with a large bed; -good communication with the host; -has all the facilities one could need.Cons:-during the night it gest VERY VERY HOT inside the room and the A/C is not "included in the services" even though it exists in every room; at least we had a fan and we used it during the night. -the bed was very squeaky and noisy; -not enough space for the clothes

  : The flat's location is perfect, the old town is really just a couple of mins away by foot, just like the train station. The entry was easy-peasy and the online communication was also fluent. The three-bed room is spacious, has a balcony and its door faces the coomon area. The kitchen is quite well-equipped (kettle and toaster for example is included). There are two bathrooms so the common use does not cause any trouble. There's also a washing machine and its usage is free of charge. When there were checkout-checkin rooms, the cleaning staff looked after cleaning not just the room but all the common areas, toilet paper was always restocked and the bins was emptied. All the other guests were kind, we got along nicely without any trouble. The café located opposite side of the building has an awesome coffee and just a block or two away there's a family-owned pizzeria which provides delicious pizza at a fair price.
  : The mattress could be higher quality, we had some backpain for the last couple of nights. The A/C is only shown on the pictures but 'not included in the services': there's a ventillator instead, more or less efficient in the summer nights. There's no microwave oven in the kitchen, it should have it. There's a window on the room door, therefore the automated lamp in the common area shines into the room which can be disturbing at night. For only a room it feels a little overpriced but the location saves is a bit.

  : The location was genuinely the only good thing about this apartment.
  : unless you dont care about cleanliness and comfort, do not book this accommodation. To start there is no AC for guests and the rooms are EXTREMELY hot. There is also BLACK MOLD covering the shower which is absolutely a health concern, I let the owners know and they did nothing about it. The beds squeek and creak every time you breathe and the walls are so thin you are woken up early every day. I messaged staff on my first night about the issue i had with the privacy of my room and they didn’t care enough to help me at all. I had to reach out multiple times. The issue: My room has 2 entrances with frosted glass doors that provide 0 privacy (I tested it) and also every time the automatic lights flick on at random (even when nobody is in the hall) the bedroom lights up. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. The host doesn’t care at all to improve the guest experience based off numerous bad reviews and it is generally extremely dirty and uncomfortable.
