  : Nice property in the heart of Bari. with spicy bedrooms and furnished little kitchen
  : I didnt like the staff at all. I called the number reported in booking and a man picked up the phone. he was yelling at me without any reason just because I didnt call the correct number. (please booking.com update the telephone number). Then when we arrived at the apartment, the girl who kindly open us the door wasnt able to speak neither English or Italian and that made the communication really hard. the room was perfect apart there was NO AIR-CONDITIONING IN AUGUST. thanks god in the specific days it wasnt super hot, otherwise we would have lots of problem to fall on sleep. also I think the cleaning is to improve as I saw they use dirty weather to clean the floor.

  : Good localization in the city center. Coffee machine, a loof tabs, some sweet cakes and tea at the appartment. Towels, cosmetics and hair dryier available.
  : Trafic noise terrible. Bedroom in front of the Street (1st floor). No way to sleep with window opened during the night. No light in the kitchen. Very dark appartment and tiny shower cabin.

  : Wifi login info was not provided during our stayCheck in was automated and host, although she sounded friendly enough on the phone, was generally not very responsive on booking.com or whatsapp.The apartment was still not cleaned when I checked in at 3pm, the cleaner arrived after I was already in the apartment and I watched her as she cleaned. Although the cleaning was quite thorough, I didnt like that the bed/quilt cover (used by the previous guests) was thrown on the floor to change the bed sheets and then the same one put back on the bed without changing it, then the clean towels placed on top of it which I find very unhygienicShower is very small and it is a struggle for even an average sized person to get in..The plugs were generally in bad shape, I was hesitant to put my phone charger in those plugs..It is quite noisy if you leave the window open and there is no air conditioning. As we visited in May when it is not very hot yet, for us it was not a problem to keep the window closed however I cant imagine trying to sleep there in the summer!

  : Before I left for Bari, I asked for a receipt with the specifics of the overnight stay. I was told that this was not a problem. I then got in touch with the lady who gives the information for the key. From then on it started one tease after another. To this day she continues to tell me that she 'doesn't understand why I get upset' and that 'tomorrow' she will send me the receipt. I stayed overnight on June 23 and today is August 19.
