  : The location is superb for Titanic enthusiasts with the theme throughout the hotel
  : Service was very slow and sometimes not the best. Evening meal had slow service, breakfast wasn’t the best, you had to ask for fried eggs and beans as extras which is normally standard in most hotels. The rooms were awkward. The only mirror was in the bathroom so you couldn’t see to dry your hair, or look full length . I asked for a taxi to b booked and arrive in 15 mins , advised reception we would wait in the bar. After a while I went to check where it was to be told it had came right away and because we weren’t there it went without us. I paid for breakfast for the next day, only to be told at breakfast I wasn’t booked, apparently the list hadn’t been updated. Lots of little things that could make this an excellent hotel, end up being more annoying and would normally put me off staying again if it wasn’t for such a good location.

  : The place was spotless and the room comfortable. Most of the staff was professional.
  : This place get the ˋsmall’ things wrong. The staff was efficient rather than hospitable - much like an easyjet crew, and people staying there are very much made to feel like customers rather than guests. This is a decent hotel, but not a good one.

  : Very well located for visiting titanic quarter. Nicely decorated with lots of titanic memorabilia. Staff very helpful. Dinner very good in Wolfe grill
  : Only small complaint was the wait to be seated at breakfast was slow
