  : The rooms and pool was great, breakfast was good nothing special but nothing to complain about.
  : The customer service is shocking here. First I called up for directions to the place, and the lady that spoke to us had no idea how to explain how to get the hotel other than from the restaurant dedinje which was unhelpful when you're driving from outside belgrade and you haven't been to that part of town before. Secondly its like the staff couldn't care less about our experience and whenever we asked a question about accessing the city and where to go they answered the question without elaborating. It felt exhausting having to ask and think of everything rather than having someone explaining to a tourist how to get around the city belgrade and where to go. Also the information that was provided was wrong and made our life more difficult than it needed to be. We were told to take the 42 bus and you will arrive in the city centre, however that was wrong as you need to take another bus to get to the city centre. After a day of being out and about we arrived back to our room with a bed that was not made nor had anyone going in. It was dissapointing and we would never stay there again especially since its so far from the city centre.

  : Not very clean, carpet un hoovered..dirty rim in toilet and dirty shower, full of black mould on sealant, shower door wouldnt close so water every where when showering...also, sticky floor tiles in the restaurant..

  : We were satisfied with our stay, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is varied and good, the location of the hotel is excellent. I will definitely come again sometime.
  : When my daughter and I arrived at the hotel, I was disturbed that the price of the stay was different from what was confirmed. We kind of worked it out, but we still paid more than we should have. We had previously reserved a garage, which the hotel confirmed, but upon arrival the garage was not available. In this regard, I therefore request that the amount for the one-time use of the garage be refunded to my credit card, we did not use it for three days, but only for two. The cleanliness of the room could also be better, especially the mirrors in the room and the bathroom could be cleaned better. The same applies to window glass.
