  : I think it's maybe time to carry out a few minor internal improvements, nothing major, but as an example, the bath surround needs cleaning up/repairing, also a few minor repairs/tidy ups throughout would certainly improve the overall experience. Again nothing major but just a little additional attention to detail would be very welcome...The tap in the kitchen for instance was adrift of its fixing, no big deal, but just a bit of care and attention required.

  : Its big and spacious with nice bed, the kitchen is nice and well equipped.
  : There is no shower holder in bathroom like no at all.

  : Bright and clean apartment, which was recently renovated and upgraded with good kitchen facilities, is located very close to the Republic Square (about 7 min walk). The apartment and the building are safe. The neighborhood appears safe and has many little restaurants and bars (a bar is right in the building). The owner is lovely, responded promptly to several of my questions and even allowed us a late check-out at 3 pm. There was a wonderful welcome fruit basket of seasonal fruits on arrival. The bed mattress is of good quality, and the a/c in bedroom is quiet and efficient.
  : There were no privacy blinds/curtains in the dining room, and the apartment is on the ground floor. The living room is not a room but an arrangement of furniture in the hallway of the apartment. All doors have to be kept open to allow for a/c circulation, so this apartment is not comfortable for more than 2 travelers who are related to each other. The modem is located in the office (separated from the apartment by a wall without soundproofing - so the signal is strong only in the living room area. There is no washing machine in the property - this is on the apartment details, but I did not check it prior to booking (so I am at fault, I know). The pillows are not comfortable - small, flat, and lumpy.

  : The location was great near everything. Resturants just outside the door. But still a quiet area. The facility was clean and had everything you need in a apartment.

  : The bedroom and kitchen are spacious, the AC worked well (it was very hot outside), there was Disney Junior in English for the kids. Convenient location. The main bed is large.
  : The things for the kitchen were quite random and not that complete, so it wasn't very useful for cooking. Parts of the bathroom seemed a bit outdated and in need of freshening up. There were about 6 or 7 steps to go up to enter, so it isn't totally accessible.
