  : Keys are located to 20 mins walk from apartment.There is no any name, signature, logo of apartment in house which stands for apartment, nobody told previously which flat is related to it.

  : Location was great. Close to everything. Didn't have to cab or bus anywhere.
  : Once we checked in we put or bags down and headed out for dinner. When it was bed time My partner laid down and the bed broke. No jumping. No fun stuff. Literally just laid down to sleep. Once we removed the mattress you could see the bed was destroyed which they were aware of. They literally used grey tape and zip ties to hold it in place. I couldn't believe it. We were there for 3 days. We had to sleep on the floor cause no linen was left for the sofa bed. And the other room we had was being used. The person I talked to was sooooo rude. We were told we'd have to wait for morning. We lost half a day. While on the phone they acknowledged the bed was broken and that they a new bed was on the way. Which I highly doubt since the rented it in that condition. I was extremely upset and was told I don't have a magic stick you're just going to have to wait until tomorrow. Customer service sucked. The way he talked to me was highly unprofessional and not tolerated. I shouldnt have to fight with someone for their mistake. The man who came to fix the bed was literally talking down to me. The utter disrespect was unbelievable. Once the bed was fix no other issues. Just make sure as soon as you check in the far room bed isn't still held up the way it was to avoid a crappy night and half day loss wait for someone to show up and actually fix it.
